A delicious, simple way to put old bananas to use!

Ingredients

  • 200g plain flour 
  • 40g coconut flour 
  • 3 very ripe bananas 
  • 4 tablespoons koko coconut milk 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarb 
  • 200g coconut sugar 
  • 130g coconut oil 
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Method

Preheat the oven to 180degrees. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients on top and mix together. Add extra coconut milk if needed.

Spoon mixture into a loaf tin and put in the over to bake for 1hr.

Serve warm with some delicious raspberry chia jam!
