Weekly Tip - Flaxseed salad dressing

Following on from my last post where I talked about the benefits of flaxseed oil I thought I would share a quick and tasty way to incorporate it into your diet. With the weather looking like it’s finally going to warm up, it’s nearly perfect time for a delicious summer salad. This dressing will give your salad an impressive added nutritional boost!
Ingredients
6 Tablespoons flaxseed oil
1 clove of garlic crushed
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/2 teaspoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon mustard
pinch of salt and pepper
Method
Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor or mix by hand with a whisk until well combined.
Poor over your favourite salad and ENJOY.
Remember to always store in the fridge.
