Weekly Tip - Healthy Reishi Hot Chocolate

A delicious treat to warm you up on a rainy day. Packed full of nutrients including the super powers of Reishi mushrooms which have been shown to help improve sleep, reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, and help reduce inflammation in they body.
Ingredients
- 250ml koko coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon reishi mushroom powder
Method
Add milk to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer on a stove top
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together using a whisk.
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
