I use this either as a snack or a dessert. A way of satisfying a sweet craving without going off track. It’s probably one of the easiest healthy snacks to make - pretty much impossible to get it wrong!!

Ingredients

Greek yoghurt - 150g
Vanilla protein powder - 1/2 scoop
Berries/nuts/seeds - couple of tablespoons

Method

Mix the yoghurt and protein powder together, add the toppings and you are done! ENJOY!
